Frontline GMS Ltd has been acquired by Ringgold Inc

Frontline GMS was set up in 2004 and provides publishing consultancy services to the academic and professional publishing industry. It specialized in business issues and sales and marketing consultancy for online publishers world-wide.

Frontline developed the Consortium Directory Online in partnership with Ringgold Inc in 2010/11.

On 1st September 2011, Ringgold Inc acquired Frontline GMS Ltd and the Consortium Directory Online. WIth immediate effect Laura Cox has become the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Ringgold. For the full press release please click here.
